Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, a valley resident or passing visitor, you will find here a space to practice, recharge and transform. We offer weekly yoga classes – Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative – led by a passionate team of teachers. We also organise sound baths, breathwork workshops, wellness events and mountain retreats.
